All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and cashback offers made available on aksara4d are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of conflict, the more specific promotion-level terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is specified for each offer. A wagering multiplier of 20x on a RM100 bonus means the player must place bets totalling RM2,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

All bets are subject to acceptance by aksara4d. aksara4d reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, at time, without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed when acknowledged and accepted by the Platform's system — a technical error during placement does not constitute a valid bet.
Odds for sports events including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC bouts, and all other markets are updated in real time. aksara4d reserves the right to void bets where odds were published due to a manifest error. The settlement of bets is based on official results as recognised by the relevant sporting body.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: event is cancelled or postponed; the bet was placed on incorrect or eroneous odds; the event result is undeterminable; or evidence of match manipulation is identified. Void bets result in the return of the staked amount to the player's account.
4D lottery draws on aksara4d are governed by the specific rules of each lottery product. Stakes, prize structures, and draw schedules are published within the 4D lottery section of the Platform. Lottery bets are final once confirmed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aksara4d and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
